About the Business Analyst Role:
Business Analyst’s will leverage and build upon their analytical, critical thinking, and research skills from day one and will work closely with members at all levels of the organization, from fellow analysts to partners and CEO.  Business Analyst’s are largely expected to support their team from inception to delivery of a project, helping our clients make impactful and lasting strategic improvements to their performance and growth.

 Role and Responsibilities:

  • Industry and user research (e.g. market/consumer trends, commissioned surveys, expert interviews) to better understand clients’ market, customers, and competitors 
  • Analysis such as market sizing, building revenue models, financial analysis to drive insights and actionable recommendations
  • Contribution to brainstorming and general direction of analysis
  • Creating and designing client presentations
  • Note-taking and information gathering during meetings
  • Keeping up with overall technology and media trends 
You will receive training and coaching on:
  • Structuring and creating an action plan to work through complex problems
  • Working effectively with a team to come up with best recommendations
  • Structure and create an action plan to work through complex problems
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients to better serve them
  • Communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences
  • Build rapport and garner buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
  • Research and analytical tools and skills
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree accompanied by a strong academic record
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  • A strong interest in the media/tech space
  • Independent, motivated, and proactive team player


The first-year base compensation is $95,000 with a discretionary target bonus of 25% of base compensation with a total target compensation of $118,750.

This position requires that the job candidate complete their primary vaccine series against COVID-19.  Please note that an applicant will be considered to have completed their primary vaccine series after their second dose in a 2-dose vaccine series (Pfizer or Moderna), or after their first dose of a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine).  

In light of evolving variants, the CDC recommends that individuals stay Up to Date with COVID-19 vaccinations. Although our policy does not require booster doses at this time, we strongly encourage employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccination booster when eligible to best protect themselves against COVID-19.
